The Lagos chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has threatened to sue the National Working Committee (NWC) of the party for overruling its state congress.
Assistant Publicity Secretary of the party, Abiodun Salami issued the risk in an interview with reporters in Lagos on Sunday.
He was reacting the overruling of the primary congress of APC on the state headquarter workplace in Ogba, on May 19, by the NWC over problems with legality.
