Jesse Lingard's goal after 14 minutes of Manchester United's Premier League clash with Stoke City means Louis van Gaal's side have finally ended their first-half goal drought at home that lasted over 11 matches.

United had gone 519 minutes without finding the back of the net in the first 45 minutes of matches at Old Trafford before Lingard broke the duck by scoring past Jack Butland to put the hosts 1-0 up.
