Matt Harvey Goes On The Disabled List For Shoulder

Matt Harvey was placed on the 15-day disabled list with discomfort in his right shoulder, the Mets announced Wednesday.

Harvey was seen by team doctors and then referred to Dr. Robert W. Thompson in St. Louis for an additional examination scheduled for Thursday.

Harvey is 4-10 with a 4.86 ERA this season.
