The MBGN Tourism 2015, Miss Chizoba Ezike, partnered with RISE Clinic U.S.A and the Anambra State Government to take quality health care to rural areas.
Miss Chizoba Ezike who is a former Miss Independence Anambra, recently reached out to people in the rural area of Orumba North Local Government in Anambra to deliver first class quality health care service to them.
It was revealed that through the partnership, Rise Clinic U.S.A funded 80% of the $1.5million dollar project which included an overall upgrade of the General Hospital in Orumba North L.G and also provision of state of the art health care equipments for the hospital.
In his speech, the governor of Anambra State, Chief Wille Obaino, acknowledged Miss Chizoba Ezike, MBGN tourism 2015 for the role she played to make the partnership a success.
Ezike's effort and the partnership have also brought quality water to the community. which for over 40 years has been absent in the community.
Other distinguished dignitaries in attendance were Commissioner for Health Anambra State; the chairman G.U.O Motors, Chief G.U Okeke; the national party chairman APGA, Dr Victor Oyeah; recently crowned Miss Anambra, Miss Chidinma Okeke; and Orumba North Local Government chairman.
