The Nigerian Army has detained an alleged mastermind of the recent deadly suicide bombings in Maiduguri.
The suspect is allegedly the mastermind of the second deadly bomb explosion at Ummudari Molai area of Maiduguri and is possibly related to other terrorist attacks in the Borno capital.
Investigation is still ongoing.
A suburb known as Mulai in Maiduguri capital city of Borno State at about 6.20pm on Thursday, Oct. 15, was greeted with the echo of two deadly explosions sending residents of the area scampering for safety.
