Isiaka Adeleke, a Muslim cleric has been arrested by operatives of the Special Fraud Unit, SFU, Ikoyi, Lagos, for allegedly defrauding one in all his victims of N8 million.
The 34-year-old suspect, recognized as Isiaka Adeleke, popularly often known as Alfa and makes use of his title to defraud gullible Nigerians, was said to have collected the sum from a childhood buddy, who got here for prayers for the growth of his enterprise.
The complait, who reportedly took the N8 million mortgage to increase his dwindling enterprise, advised operatives that he confided in Adeleke that he meant to make use of the cash to purchase a truck for his enterprise.

As said by spokesperson for the Unit, Ngozi Isintume-Agu, Adeleke's arrest was effected in Ilorin, Kwara State, following a petition by the complait.
"The complait said that he was defrauded in March and energy to succeed in Adeleke had been abortive as his telephones had been all switched off."
"The complait additional said that the Alfa, below the pretense of promoting a LEXUS 300 Car imported from USA to him, obtained extra N1.5 million and later registered the said.automobile in his title. He alleged that the whole cash collected from him by the suspect was N9.5 million," Isintume-Agu said.
Adeleke, who was paraded weekend, admitted to have collected the sum and pleaded to be given time to refund the cash.
Asked what he used the cash for, he mentioned: "I used a part of it to purchase two vehicles, a Toyota Camry and a Mercedez Benz and likewise accomplished my constructing challenge in Ilorin, whereas I shared the steadiness amongst my fellow Alfas in Ila-Orangun, Osun State."
