While the upcoming 3008's exterior design was kept a secret until now, its futuristic interior design was previewed by the firm's next-gen i-Cockpit a few weeks ago, with a 12.3-inch fully customizable digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment.
Underneath its more crossover-like body, you'll find PSA's EMP2 platform, shared with the 308, meaning that the second-gen 3008 will probably get a similar set of 3- and 4-cylinder petrol and diesel engines. Power is expected to be sent to the front-wheel drive on base versions, while more expensive models will benefit from all-wheel drive.
An exact reveal date has yet to be announced, but France's Automobile Magazine reports that Peugeot will lift the veils off the new 3008 in ten days time.
