Arsenal have not shown an interest in signing Arda Turan and his agent has told Goal that the Barcelona star will be staying at Camp Nou next season.
The 29-year-old has been heavily linked with a move away from the Catalan giants after playing just 810 minutes in the league last season but he is now said to be focused on forcing his way into the Barcelona starting XI ahead of another crucial campaign.
Reports in the British press on Wednesday claimed that Gunners boss Arsene Wenger wanted the Turkey star to play in a midfield three alongside Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez.
However, on Thursday his agent denied those reports, declaring that Arda is looking forward to the upcoming campaign with Barcelona.
"No, I haven't heard anything from Arsenal. Arda will be staying at Barcelona", Ahmed Bulut told Goal.
Arda, who scored 22 goals and notched 32 assists for Atletico Madrid before joining Barcelona for €34 million, has a long-term deal with Luis Enrique's side and Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu recently thanked him and team-mate Aleix Vidal "for the patience they showed to go six months without being able to play".
