Former National Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Olisa Metuh has collapsed on Monday in an Abuja High Court as he confronted his trials.
Famzn News gathered that he was on his method to the dock when he slumped.
Recall that Metuh is standing trial over cash laundering fees to the tune of N400 million which was a part of the funds linked to the previous National Security Adviser Colonel Sambo Dasuki (rtd).
On February 5, 2018, Metuh had appeared on the Court on a stretcher, some days after he was mandated by the trial decide to indicate up or forfeit his bail.
As acknowledged by his lawyer Emeka Etiaba, his client had been on admission on the Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital for an undisclosed ailment.
He was nonetheless, taken to court docket after the menace by Justice Okon Abang to revoke his bail if he fails to seem in court docket.
Metuh on Wednesday, March 14 approached a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, to grant him permission to journey overseas for medical therapy.
This permission was nonetheless subsequently dismissed by the court docket.
