APC swears in Oshiomhole as chairman (photo credit: Channels TV)
Former presidential aide Reno Omokri has described the All Progressives Congresses (APC) campaign for Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti as “maga rally.”
Minister of Labour and Employment Chris Ngige had during the rally mistakenly told the electorates to vote incumbent leader of the state Ayodele Fayose, on Saturday.
Reacting to the goof, Omokri said the event should not be called a rally but that the “APC just showed Nigerians they are Mugus!”
“How can @OfficialAPCNg call their rally in which Ngige asked Ekiti people to vote for Fayose and the @OfficialPDPNig this Saturday a ‘Mega Rally’?” he wondered in a tweet.
“That is the wrong name for such a rally. That was not a Mega Rally. It was a MAGA Rally. APC just showed Nigerians they are Mugus!”
