The Ondo governorship primary election of the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) will take place on July 20, 2020.
This was revealed in a recent letter signed by Mala Buni, the party’s new caretaker chairman.
Governor Mala Buni forwarded the letter to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) hours after he was appointed to head the caretaker committee yesterday.
He added that arrangements for the monitoring of the exercise are currently in motion.
His words, “Please be informed that We've scheduled to hold our party’s primary election in respect of Ondo State Governorship Election on 20th July, 2020.
“Kindly arrange the monitoring of the exercise accordingly.”
