The All Progressives Congress (APC) has fixed August 27 for its governorship primary election in Ondo State.
This was made known in a statement issued on Sunday by the party’s national organising secretary, Osita Izunaso.
As stated by the statement, forms for the election will be available at the party’s secretariat in Abuja between July 19 and August 5.
Apart from the two female aspirants, who have been exempted from purchasing forms, those participating in the exercise will pay N5 million for the nomination form, and N500,000 for expression of interest form.
The statement stated screening of aspirants will be conducted in Abuja from August 9 to August 12.
