Self-styled musical Taliban, Oritsefemi is not a graduate of any tertiary institution but he is going to lecture students of the University of Lagos. Oritsefemi has been chosen to teach students of the Creative Arts department of University of Lagos on stage performance and what it takes to be a successful artiste in Nigeria. The musical Taliban is expected to be joined by YBNL act Adekunle Gold and Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe for ‘3 sides Of A Triangle’ a music, dance and comedy event. ‘3 sides Of A Triangle’ is expected to be a practical exam for the 300 level students of Creative Arts department in UNILAG. The event will hold inside the university’s Creative Arts Theatre Hall on September 1, 2015. This is not the first time a non-graduate entertainer will be called upon to train university students. Juju music legend, King Sunny Ade is in fact a regular on different campuses here and abroad. KSA was appointed a visiting professor of music at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Osun State in 2009. The late IK Dairo was a member of the Ethnomusicology department at the University of Washington, Seattle between 1994 and 1995.
