President Muhammadu Buhari and outgoing Edo State Governor Adams Oshiomhole.
The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, has denied experiences that the party has modified its slogan.
The former Edo State governor made this identified on Tuesday after he formally took over the management of the party from John Odigie-Oyegun.
The APC chairman dismissed speculations that the ruling party had adopted the slogan,”Progress” instead of the “Change.”
Oshiomhole mentioned: “We haven't modified APC slogan. I'm not conscious of any assembly of the organ of the party that selected the change of our slogan.
“Progress is the outcome of change.”
The Social Democratic Party (SDP) had accused the ruling APC of “stealing” its slogan ‘Progress’.
