The Kaduna State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has condemned the current appointment of sole directors in 4 Local Government Areas of Jaba, Kauru ,Kajuru and Chikun by Governor Nasir El-Rufai.
The party spokesperson, Abraham Catoh, puzzled how an appointed Sole Administrator may preside over a council with elected Councillors from totally different political events.
The PDP mentioned: “This is the best stage of maladministration of our state by an ‘accidental public servant’.
