Perform have secured a 10-year rights agreement to show the J-League on its on-demand sports service DAZN.
The deal - which will cost 210 billion Yen ($1.98 billion) and start in 2017 - will allow supporters to watch their team if they sign-up to the DAZN service.
The J-League is highly popular in Japan, with 58 per cent of sports fans watching football's top-flight on a regular basis.
And with DAZN - which will provide on-demand sports coverage to all subscribers from this summer - they will be able to keep track of all the goings on in the country's biggest domestic football competition.
"Our research showed that 58% of Japanese sports fans watch J-League," a DAZN spokesman said.
"J-League will definitely be the prime content for DAZN users, and at the same time we see this as an opportunity to grow the number of J-League fans.
"J-League games will be one of the prime sports content on DAZN.
"DAZN, at the time of launch this summer will offer vast variety of sports such as European football leagues, baseball, basketball, rugby, and much more."
