The picture above shows a supposed staff of Ikeja Electricity Distribution Company (IKEDC) who was electrocuted while discharging his official duty. The incident occurred on Wednesday, September 2 , in front of the Police College, Ikeja, Lagos. Although the identity of the man was still unknown as at the time of filing this report, the pictures suggested that the man was already dead. See a close-up photo below.
