SARS operatives
The Nigeria Police Force on Tuesday stated that the killing of seven officers in Abuja has proven the necessity for the Special Anti-robbery Squad (SARS).
The officers have been killed in Galadimawa space of the Federal Capital Territory on Monday evening.
Speaking with reporters in Abuja, the Police Public Relations Officer, Force Headquarters, ACP Jimoh Moshood, mentioned efforts have been in place to arrest those that killed the officers within the line of responsibility.
He also stated that the power wouldn't depart any stone unturned in bringing the perpetrators to e-book.
“The killing of the policemen goes a long way to prove that the call for the disbandment of the SARS is not justified,” he mentioned.
