Claudio Ranieri has won fans all season with a string of heart-warming quotes amid the fairytale that is Leicester City's inevitable Premier League title win.
Whether it has been suggesting Robert Di Niro as his perfect choice to play him in a film of the Foxes' triumph, or his own ditty of 'Dilly-ding, dilly-dong!" when Leicester secured Champions League football, Ranieri has been open with his thoughts and opinions throughout the campaign.
But has the supposed 'Tinkerman' always been so forthcoming? Well, according to this reply to a fan letter while he was in charge of Chelsea, it appears so... even if the Italian could not supply the answer said supporter wanted.
In 2004 I wrote to Claudio Ranieri and asked him who his favourite muppet was. I hope things are different now. pic.twitter.com/tjNOPUtutX

Phil Lucas sent a number of Premier League figures the same question 12 years ago - including Sir Alex Ferguson and Thierry Henry - but only Ranieri and Delia Smith, of Norwich City and cooking fame, replied.
@bigrichinnes No. Nothing from Alex Ferguson, Thierry Henry or Youri Djorkaeff. But I got this from Delia Smith. pic.twitter.com/1i4m7b0LLH
