Seven armed robbers in South Africa raided a supermarket and stole an entire Automated Teller Machine better known as ATM.
Intelligence Bureau in South Africa reported the incident on their Facebook page with a video of the attack.
The armed robbers drove into the Supermarket on Wednesday, at Fletcher street, with their van and conveniently made away with the money dispensing machine.
The men easily moved the machine without any visible forceful disconnection. They were seen unplugging the machine and loading it into their vehicle.
It was learnt that the machine had just been stacked with cash.
Speaking with security officials, the store manager Vuyo Mbimbi said the group of men charged into the shop around 8am and pointed their guns at everybody in the shop.
Mbimbi said, “They pointed guns at the customers who were in the shop and then unplugged the ATM situated inside the shop‚ before loading it into a bakkie that they drove into the shop.”
The store manager confirmed that the ATM had just been filled with cash, prior to the attack.
