RUMOURS: Barcelona Want Valencia Striker Alcacer

Barcelona have turned their attentions to Valencia star Paco Alcacer as the club look for a back-up striker, according to Sport.

The Catalans have been keen to add another forward as rotation for Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi and Neymar, but players such as Luciano Vietto and Kevin Gameiro have been put off by the expected lack of first-team football and have opted against moving to the Camp Nou this summer.

And the Spain international has now been linked with a €25 million transfer as Luis Enrique continues his efforts to fill the gap in his squad.
