Spurs made numerous bids for the 22-year-old forward last summer but a deal in principle has finally been agreed to take him to White Hart Lane in a matter of months
West Brom have agreed in principle to sell Saido Berahino to Tottenham in the summer, according to the Observer.
The West Brom striker has been linked with a move away from the Hawthorns for several months now and has found his first-team chances limited this season as a result.
A glut of clubs have been linked with the 22-year-old and Spurs had a £25 million bid rejected by Albion last summer.
It seems, however, that they will finally get their man, with Baggies chairman Jeremy Peace ready to strike a deal with his Tottenham counterpart Daniel Levy ahead of an end-of-season move.
