The unsettled PSG striker is keen to move to England this summer after spending three years in the French capital and is wanted by both Premier League giants
Chelsea and Manchester City are set to battle over Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani this summer, according to The Sun.
The Uruguay international is valued at £30 million by the Ligue 1 giants, and both Premier League sides have been sounded out over a potential summer deal, with Cavani setting his heart on a move to England.
Antonio Conte, who is expected to replace Guus Hiddink at Stamford Bridge this summer, is a huge admirer of the 29-year-old, while Pep Guardiola is keen to sign a marquee back-up to current star forward Sergio Aguero.
Manchester United are also admirers of Cavani but failure to quaify for the Champions League could damage their chances of acquiring his signature.
