Crystal Palace have agreed an initial £27 million deal for Christian Benteke accepted by Liverpool, according to the BBC.
Alan Pardew saw his opening offer of £25m rejected by the Anfield outfit, with Jurgen Klopp refusing to settle for less than £30m.
Palace have now returned with a deal potentially worth over £30m, dependant performance-related add-ons, such as number of appearances, achievements and the club qualifying for Europe.
Benteke is open to a move to Selhurst Park as he looks to revive his career after falling out of favour at Liverpool following Klopp's arrival last autumn and will now travel to London to finalise the move.
