The newly-appointed Manchester City manager will find room in his coaching staff for Brian Kidd when he takes over in the summer, according to reports
Pep Guardiola will find room in hisΒ Manchester CityΒ coaching staff for current assistant manager Brian Kidd, according to the Daily Telegraph.
Kidd has been on the coaching team at the Etihad Stadium since 2009, when he was appointed as assistant to then boss Roberto Mancini.
The 66-year-old, who represented both City and Manchester United as a player, also worked under Sir Alex Ferguson at Old Trafford between 1991 and 1998.
And Guardiola is keen to retain Kidd's services for the purpose of continuity when he takes over this summer.
