The 22-year-old has put in a series of impressive displays for Fiorentina this season and has attracted interest from a host of top European sides, including the Red Devils
Manchester United have lodged a bid for Fiorentina winger Federico Bernardeschi, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.
The Red Devils are believed to have tabled an offer of €28 million for the Italy Under-21 international, who has impressed this season for La Viola, scoring five goals.
Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Chelsea are also interested in securing the 22-year-old's services, with a number of scouts set to watch him play against Tottenham on Thursday evening.
Bernardeschi has been tipped to make Italy's Euro 2016 squad this summer, and further eye-catching displays would likely see the Serie A outfit place a €40m asking price on his head.
