The Red Devils are prepared to make the former Chelsea boss the highest-paid manager in Premier League history by offering him a staggering £20m-a-year deal once the season ends
Manchester United are preparing to offer Jose Mourinho a deal which would make him become the highest-paid manager in Premier League history, according to The Sun.
The former Chelsea boss is widely expected to replace Louis van Gaal at Old Trafford in the summer and the Red Devils will reportedly offer him a three-year package worth a whopping £20 million-a-year.
United's alleged £60m offer would eclipse the £15m-a-year deal which their bitter rivals Manchester City are paying Pep Guardiola.
