Arsenal will submit a €35 million bid for Wolfsburg playmaker Julian Draxler in January but face competition from Paris Saint-Germain, according to RMC.
The French club are said to have already opened talks for the Germany international, with Jese facing the exit door as a result just months after joining the club from Real Madrid.
Juventus are also keen but Mesut Ozil is putting pressure on Arsenal to make a bid for his compatriot and they could beat PSG's offer of €30m.
