Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer Neymar €40 million a year to leave Barcelona and move to Ligue 1, according to UOL Esporte.
The Brazil international's current deal expires in 2018 and although negotiations with Barcelona have been ongoing for four months, no new deal has yet been agreed.
PSG are aware of developments and want to make Neymar the club's biggest star, as Lionel Messi is at Barcelona and Cristiano Ronaldo at Real Madrid.
