The French club tried to sign the Barcelona midfielder for β¬100 million last summer and have not been put off by the outright rejection from both club and player
Paris Saint-Germain will try to sign Sergio Busquets at the end of the season after failing to land the Barcelona midfielder last summer, according to Mundo Deportivo.
The French club were reportedly willing to pay as much as β¬100 million (Β£77m) for Busquets, with Laurent Blanc preferring the Spain international to Paul Pogba.
PSG were met with outright rejection by both Busquets and Barcelona but will revive their interest as Thiago Motta approaches his 34th birthday and Juventus continue to show interest in Marco Verratti.
