The France international has struggled to make a mark at Chelsea this season and is now being lined up by the Chinese club as they continue to make a splash in the transfer market
Loic Remy is the latest Premier League player to be targeted by a Chinese club as Shanghai Greenland Shenhua line up a move for the Chelsea striker, according to the Daily Mirror.
The Chinese Super League is enjoying a financial boom and Shanghai are ready to table an £11 milion bid for Remy, who has failed to complete 90 minutes in the Premier League this season.
Such is their desire to land the forward that Shanghai, who have Demba Ba and Fredy Guarin in their squad, are understood to be willing to offer him a salary package worth £5.5m a year.
Remy would become the second player to leave Chelsea for China should he make the move, with Ramires having completed a £25m transfer to Jiangsu Suning last month.
