RUMOURS: Spurs Want Max Meyer

Tottenham Hotspur are keen to bring in Schalke attacking midfielder Max Meyer according to a report from The Sun.

Spurs were apparently keen to sign Mayer in the summer but they were put off by Schalke's £45 million asking price, which led them to Moussa Sissoko.

However, with Meyer's contract due to expire in 2018 Spurs believe that they'll be able to sign him for a decent price in the summer.
