Antonio Valencia has penned a new contract at Manchester United that will keep him at Old Trafford until the summer of 2018, according to The Sun.
The Ecuador international was due to become a free agent next summer, with his current terms running down.
United have, however, decided to take up an extension option and prolong his association with the club.
Valencia has been an integral figure under Jose Mourinho, making the Red Devils’ problematic right-back spot his own.
