West Brom are close to being sold in a £150 million deal, according to the Sunday People.
The club’s current owner Jeremy Peace has been seeking a buyer for two years and is ready to sell to Chinese investors.
The man leading the bid is Chinese businessman Wang Jianlin, who is worth an estimated £21.7 billion.
The 61-year-old also owns a 20% stake in Atletico Madrid.
