West Ham are looking to buy Wilfried Bony from Manchester City, according to Sky Sports.
The Ivorian striker has failed to break into the City first team since joining from Swansea in January 2015 in a £28 million transfer.
The 27-year-old impressed during his time in Wales, however, having joined from Dutch side Vitesse, and West Ham are hoping to land him before the close of the transfer window.
Hammers manager Slaven Bilic has already said he wants to sign another attacker, with several players out through injury, and have made Bony their key target.
