A Russia-based Ghanaian DJ and promoter, Lawrence Ampene, has served popular Ghanaian rapper, Sakordie (real name, Michael Owusu Addo), with court summons.
Reports say the promoter claims the rapper owes him a total of $11,656 in damages for an event that was meant to hold in Russia for which Sarkodie didn’t show up for.

The charges are for the cost of promotions, accommodation and travel expenses incurred in preparations for the show.
The rapper is yet to comment on the allegation.
