Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State has said he may be forced leave the All Progressives Congress alongside Senate President Bukola Saraki.
The duo is being investigated over links with Offa robbery in April in the state even as they said they are being targeted for political motives.
Ahmed revealed this on Thursday at State Banquet Hall, Ilorin while reacting to the requests by stakeholders in Kwara Central Senatorial prevailing on him and Saraki to defect from the APC.
As stated by the governor, “We formed APC together in 2014 with the hope to meet the needs and aspirations of the people in critical areas of our national life.”
He added that the APC has failed to make policies that affect the people positively, stressing that the party is riddled with injustice.
