Senator Shehu Sani has mentioned it the Federal Government was “wrong to shut down the land borders” as a result of rice smuggling.
Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development Audu Ogbe had mentioned the nation’s land borders will likely be closed quickly to halt smuggling.
Ogbeh had mentioned this on Monday in Abuja throughout, stressing that this may encourage native manufacturing of the commodity.
However, Sani who faulted the choice, famous that the nation’s safety companies ought to be cope with smuggling on the borders.
