Senator Shehu Sani, representing Kaduna Central (APC) has disagreed with President Muhammadu Buhari over the sharing of the $350million loot recovered from former army dictator, late Gen. Sani Abacha.
Sani on his Tweeter web page on Saturday stated the sharing of the loot to 180 million Nigerians was inconceivable, including that the cash will find yourself with beneficiaries nominated by governors, ministers, lawmakers and the president’s males.
He additional recommended that the cash be tied to a mission Nigerians can see with their eyes.
”Sharing $350 million recovered loot to 180 million Nigerians is inconceivable. It will find yourself with beneficiaries whose names can be given by governors, ministers, lawmakers and the president’s males.
“Let it be tied to a project Nigerians can see with their ‘Korokoro eyes’,” Senator Sani posted on Twitter.
The federal authorities had on Thursday declared that it might share the $350m Abacha loot repatriated by Switzerland on poor households all through 19 states as from July.
