Senator Shehu Sani
Senator Shehu Sani (APC-Kaduna Central) has reacted to the risk by former Ekiti State governor Segun Oni to depart the All Progressives Congress (APC) if his supporters are intimidated.
In a publish on his Twitter web page on Wednesday, Sani recalled that Oni had months in the past mediated peace efforts on behalf of the APC in Kaduna.
He stated Oni’s grievance towards victimization and injustice in the direction of him in his state was a case of ‘fire in the fire man’s home’.
Shehu Sani wrote: “Disrespect, victimisation might pressure us out of APC, Oni declares; months in the past, Mr. Oni was formally despatched to Kaduna by the Broom ‘to make or restore peace’ amongst its members.
“Today, Mr Oni is complaining on victimisation and injustice against him in his state by the hBroom. Fire in the Fireman’s house.”
