Multiple tornadoes touched down in Colorado over the weekend, as a massive storm left at least five people injured in the city of Wray, Colorado.
According to ABC News, tractors were flipped, mobile homes were destroyed and in certain parts of the state, people even encountered baseball-sized hail.

Of course, these types of events aren't going to stop storm chasers running (or driving) into a tornado the way Ben Affleck ran into that huge pile of dust and debris during Batman v Superman.

This footage is pretty extreme and getting so close to a tornado can be very dangerous, for obvious reasons. It's why storm chasers tend to fortify their trucks in order to make them both more resistant and heavier - since putting up with high velocity winds isn't a job for your run-of-the-mill Smart ForTwo (or light-duty pickup for that matter).

Luckily, most tornadoes tend to be F0's and F1's on the Fujita Scale, meaning that even though wind speeds can get up to 112 mph (180 km/h), people tend to remain generally safe, unlike with F2/F3 class and beyond.
