This is the heart-stopping moment a subway station worker rescued a toddler after seeing him tumble on a moving escalator.
The boy, who had been left unattended, was trying to walk down an upwards escalator in east China.
The child was not injured. The woman sustained a sprained ankle.

The incident took place at the Sakura Park station on subway line 1 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, on the morning of January 18, reported China Plus News.
The boy, appearing to be one to two years old, walked towards an upwards escalator from the lobby to concourse.
He stumbled and fell as he stood on the moving stairs.
Seconds after, a female station worker rushed to escalators.
She tried to hold on to the boy in a blue jackets. However, she fell about a foot away behind the boy who was walking towards to the stairs.
She quickly got up and held onto the boy's jacket after seeing him fall on the stairs.
She dashes out and pulls the boy up by his jacket and drags him away from the escalator
The toddler boy is found to be unharmed and Ms Wang suffers a sprained ankle from rushing
As stated by Chinese Central Television, the worker is called Wang Haixia and she is 26 years old.
She said she was trying to grab hold of the boy when she first saw him, but she fell. She had to get up again to catch the boy.
Ms Wang's colleague told the reporter that Wang sustained a sprained and swollen ankle after the fall.
The toddler is said to be unhurt.
It's said the boy did not wait for his mother and grandmother to pass the bag check at the subway station and walked towards the moving stairs by himself.
