The Catalan side have named a full strength starting XI while Arsene Wenger selects the French striker and English winger to return to the first-team for Tuesday's match
Olivier Giroud and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain have been selected to start for Arsenal for Tuesday's Champions League match against Barcelona.
The France international and the England winger were given a place on the bench for Saturday's 0-0 draw against Hull City in the FA Cup but return to the first-team for the last-16 first-leg against the Spanish giants.
Oxlade-Chamberlain has been in and out of the Arsenal squad all season, having started just nine of the 22 Premier League appearances he has made this term and replaces Theo Walcott in the team for Tuesday's match.
Meanwhile, Giroud was rested for the majority of their weekend tie with the Championship team but regains his place at the pinnacle of attack.
Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar all start for a full strength Barcelona team, with Marc-Andre ter Stegen the only big change from their recent games - though he has played all of his side's Champions League games, while Claudio Bravo has been the main goalkeeper in La Liga.
Arsenal starting XI: Cech; Bellerin, Mertesacker, Koscielny, Monreal; Coquelin, Ramsey; Oxlade-Chamberlain, Özil, Alexis; Giroud.
