The Belgian winger has been in and out of the side with injuries but is back in the starting line-up as the Blues return to Paris for another European tie
Eden Hazard will start for Chelsea in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie against Paris Saint-Germain.
The Belgian makes his second successive start, after featuring in the 5-1 Premier League victory over Newcastle United on Saturday, marking a return to full fitness after a season blighted by injury and a loss of form.
The Blues travelled to Paris without captain John Terry after the defender tweaked a hamstring in victory over Newcastle and Branislav Ivanovic will wear the armband for the clash with Laurent Blanc's side.
Pedro, who netted twice in an impressive performance against Newcastle also remains in the starting line-up, while Oscar remains on the bench and John Obi Mikel comes into the midfield in place of Nemanja Matic, who misses out through injury.
Meanwhile Blanc drops Edinson Cavani to the PSG bench, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic taking up a lone striker role, with Lucas Moura and Angel di Maria either side of the Sweden captain.
Chelsea starting line-up:
Paris Saint-Germain starting line-up: Trapp; Marquinhos, Silva, Luiz, Maxwell; Verratti, Motta, Matuidi; Moura, Ibrahimovic, Di María.
Paris Saint-Germain substitutes: Sirigu, Van der Wiel, Kurzawa, Rabiot, Stambouli, Pastore, Cavani
