The 19-year-old has played only five minutes in the Champions League this season after coming on as a late substitute in November's 5-1 defeat to Bayern Munich
Arsenal have handed a surprise start to 19-year-old Alex Iwobi in the second leg of their Champions League last-16 tie against Barcelona.
The striker, who made his first-team debut in October, has only played five minutes of Champions League football this season after coming on as a late substitute in the 5-1 defeat to Bayern Munich in November.
Iwobi has made 12 senior appearances in total for Arsenal but starts ahead of both Theo Walcott and Olivier Giroud, who are on the bench.
Elsewhere, Laurent Koscielny returns from a calf injury to start for the first time since Arsenal's 3-2 defeat to Manchester United on February 28.
For Barcelona, Luis Suarez, Dani Alves and Ivan Rakitic return to the side after being rested in Saturday's 6-0 win over Getafe.
