Jurgen Klopp has continued with the attack that did damage against Manchester City on Wednesday with only two changes made in defence for the clash at Selhurst Park
Philippe Coutinho and Daniel Sturridge will once again be held in reserve against Crystal Palace as Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp makes just two changes to the starting line-up that dismantled Manchester City in midweek.
The duo were not involved in the 3-0 victory at Anfield with the Brazilian on the bench and Sturridge left out of the matchday squad after suffering with cramp at the end of the League Cup final shoot-out defeat last Sunday.
Both have been named as substitutes at Selhurst Park with Alberto Moreno coming in for Nathaniel Clyne and Mamadou Sakho replacing Kolo Toure as the only alterations to the XI who were sensational against Manuel Pellegrini’s men.
Adam Lallana, meanwhile, makes his 50th league appearance for the club, while Coutinho will usher in a century of games in the competition if he is introduced to the action.
Simon Mignolet celebrates his 28th birthday as Liverpool look to end a run of three straight top-flight defeats to Palace.
