The Tesla Model S’ arsenal of gadgets have been subjected to several videos lately made by enthusiastic fans and owners, however, this time, it’s Tesla itself that's showing off the car’s Autopilot system.

Whether it's lane changing, accelerating or parallel parking, the Tesla Model S can do it on its own, thanks to Autopilot, which Tesla says is "designed to keep getting better over time".

The system has four modes: Autosteer, Auto Lane Change, Automatic Emergency Steering and Side Collision Warning and Autopark.

The first one keeps the vehicle in the current lane and maintains speed with the Traffic-Aware Cruise Control. Tesla recommends drivers to be aware when Autosteer is enabled and to keep their hands on the steering wheel.

Auto Lane Change does exactly what its name says, helping the car change lanes with a simple tap on the turn signal, while the Automatic Emergency Steering and Side Collision Warning alerts drivers to cars or other objects that are too close to the side of the Model S.

With Autopark, the Model S can parallel park itself. This feature will display a "P" on the instrument panel at low speeds around cities when a parking spot is detected and the guide will appear on the touchscreen, along with the rearview camera. Autopark controls the steering and vehicle speed.
