Announced Tuesday ahead of its May 21 debut at a race in Phoenix, the Civic GRC is another stunning Honda racing development. Olsbergs MSE and Honda Performance Division teamed to produce a car that's claimed to boast more than 600 horsepower and go from 0 to 60 mph in 1.9 seconds. Thanks, turbos.
"We won't encourage our customers to take 70-foot jumps out on the street, however, we will use this platform to tell people about all the incredible technology and performance capabilities of our new Civic Coupe," American Honda National Advertising Manager Nick Lee said in the release issued Tuesday.
I'm sure taking a 70-foot jump never occurred to a 20-year-old Civic owner. Never, ever.
