Tom Hiddleston has spilled details on his high-profile but short-lived romance with Taylor Swift.
The 35-year-old actor is featured on the March cover of GQ Magazine as he opened up about his relationship with the 27-year-old singer.
He called his ex an 'amazing woman', revealed how he ended up wearing that cringe-worthy 'I heart T.S.' at her July 4 party and discussed why the romance ultimately failed.

'Taylor is an amazing woman,' he stated. 'She's generous and kind and lovely, and we had the best time.'
He also nixed speculation the relationship was a stunt purely designed for publicity, insisting: 'Of course it was real.'
He claims they were both seeking a normal relationship, adding: 'So we decided to go out for dinner, we decided to travel… She's incredible. [But] a relationship in the limelight… A relationship always takes work. And it's not just the limelight. It's everything else.'
He also finally explained the outfit he wore at her now famous July 4 party.

'And I wanted to protect the graze from the sun and said, 'Does anyone have a T-shirt?' And one of her friends said, 'I've got this.”
The friend pulled out the 'I heart T.S.' tank top that Taylor's squad all own.

'So the hardest thing is that that was a joke among friends on the Fourth of July… I just, I was surprised.
'I was just surprised that it got so much attention. The tank top became an emblem of this thing.'
