Ex Militant, Government Tompolo/File
Former militant chief Government Ekpemupolo aka Tompolo has reiterated that he's not a politician and doesn't belong to any political party.
Tompolo’s assertion comes as a response to rumours that he's set to hitch the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
As said by his media aide Paul Bebenimibo, such stories are unfaithful simply as he puzzled how somebody who doesn't belong to a party can defect to a different.
“How can one who does not belong to a political party defect from one political party to another?” Vanguard quoted Tompolo’s aide as asking.
“Tompolo is not a politician. He is just a political activist. He doesn’t belong to any political party please.”
